The steamer was decorated with our Luther League colors, and those on shore knew us mang miles off, and just before landing the Luther League Rally Hymn was enthusiastically sung, which added much to the whole spirit of the excursion. Rev. A. J. Reichert of the English Lutheran Church at Red Wing led the procession to his Church, there bidding us welcome to all the city afforded, and giving directions to the various places that would be of interest. After a very pleasant visit, supper being served in the park, which is in the center of the town, we left for home via the Chicago Great Western Railway, the train leaving Red Wing at 8 p. m. and reaching the cities at 10.30. Many prospective Leaguers took advantage of this excursion. We plan as much as possible to make every day companions of our Leaguers, and these occasions help to develop this.-JENNIE R. CAINES.
