Una tale circostanza non possono non riconoscere i sottoscritti devotissimi servi e figli della Santità Vostra negli avvenimenti del presente tempo, i quali sono diretti a ferire, in tanti modi, il tenerissimo ed amanlissimo cuore di Vostra Beatitudine, e oggidì minacciano la pace e la sicurtà dei dominii della Santa Sede per tanti secoli rispettati.
