CHAP. XXI.- And I sa'w a new heaven and a new' earth': for the first heav'en and the first' earth' were pass'ed awa'y ; and there was no' morę se'ą. 2 And I' John sa'w the ho'ly cit'ý, new Jeru'salem, com'ing down from God out of heav'en, prepa'ręd as a bri'de ado'rned for her huş'bạnd. 3 And I heard a grea't voi'ce out of heav'en sa'ying, Beho'ld, the tab'crnacle of God is' with men', and he will dwell' with them, and the's shall be his pe'ople, and Go'd hịmself' shall be with them, and be’ their Go'd. 4 And Go'd shall wi'pę awa'y a'll te'ạrs from their ey'ęs ; and there shall be no more death', ne'ither sor'row, nor cry'ing, ne'ither shall there be an'ý more pa'in : for the fo'rmer thin'gs are pass'ed awa'y. 5 And he' thạt sạt upon' the thro'nę said', Beho'ld, I make all things new'. And he said ụn'to me, Wri'tę : for the'se words are true and fa'ithful.' And he said ụn'to me, It is done. I am Al' pha and Ome'gạ, the begin'ning and the end': I' will give ụn'to him that is ạthirst' of the foun'ta¡n of the wa'ter of li'fe fre'ęlý. 7 He thạt overcom'eth shall inher'it all things; and I' will be his Go'd, and he shall be my son'.
Bụt the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and mạr'derers, and who'remongers, and soʻrcerers, and idolaters, and all li'ars, shall have their pa'rt in the la'kę which bụrn'eth with fi're and brịm'stone ; which is the sec'ond death. 9 And there ca'mẹ ạn'to me one of the sev'en a'nġels ghịch had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues, and ta'lked with me, sa'ying, Comę hith'er, I will she'w theç the bri'de, thị Lạm'b's wi'fe. 10 And he car'ried me awa'y in the spir'it to a grea't and hi'gh moun'tain, and she'wed me thạt grea't city, the hoʻly Jerụ'salem, deşçen'ding out of heav'en from God, 11 Having the glory of Go'd: and her ligḥt was' li'kę ụn'to a sto'nę most preç'ious, e'ven like a jas'per-stone, clear as crys'tal ; 12 And
had a wall grea't and hi'gḥ, "ạnd' həd twelvę ga'tęs, and at the ga'tęs twelve a'nġels, and na'mes written thereon', whịch are the names of the twelve tri'bęs of the children of Israel. 13 On the e'ast, three ga'tes ; on the no'rth, thre'ę ga'tęs ; on the south', thre'e ga'tes; and on the west', thre'ę ga'tęs. 14 And the wa'll of the cit'ý həd twelve founda'tions, and in' them the names of the twelve apos'ties of the Lam'ı. 15 And he thạt tạ'lked with me hạd a go'lden re'ed to meas'ure the cit'y, and the ga'tęs thereof', and the wa'll thereof'. 16' And the cit'y li'eth fo'ur-squa'rę, and the length is as lạ'rġe as the breadth'. And he meas'ured the cit'ġ with the re'ęd, twelve thou'sạnd fạr'longs : the length', and the breadth', and the height of it are e'qual. 17 And he meas'ured the wa'll thereof', an hụn'dred "and' fo'rty band'fo'ạr cu'bịts, according to the meaş'ure of a mạn', that is, of the a'nġel. 18 And the bụil'ding of the wall of it was 'of' jas'per: ạnd the cit'y 'was' pu're goʻld, li'kę n'to clear glass'. 19 And the founda'tions of the wa'il of the cit'y were ga'rnįshed with a'll man'ner of prec'ious sto'nes. The first founda'tion was? jas'per ; the second, sapph'ire; the third', a chalcedony, the fourth, ạn em'erald ; 20 The fifth', sạr'donjx; the sixth', sa'rdiùs ; the sev'enth, chrys'olite; the eightth, ber'òl; the ni'nth, a to'paz; the tenth', a chrysop'rasus; the elev'enth, a ja'cinth; the twelfth', ạn ạm'ethyst. 21 And the twelv'ę ga'tęs 'were twelvę pearl's ; ev'erý sev'eral ga'tę was of on'ę pearl': and the stre'ęt of the cit'y was pu're goʻld, as it were trạnspa'rent glass'. 22 And I sa'y no tem'ple therçin' : for the Lo'rd Go'd A'lmight'y and the Lạm'b are the tem'plę of it. 23 And the cit'y had no ne'ed of the sụn', ne'ither of the mo'on, to shi'ne în ît ; fo'r the glory of Go'd did light'en it, and the Lam'ḥ 'iş' the light thereof'.
24 And the na’tions of them' yhịch are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth' do bring their glo'rý ạnd hơn'our ¡n'to it. 25 And the ga'tęs of it shall not be shụt' at a'll by da'y; for there shall be no' night there. 26 And they shall bring the glo‘ry and hơn'our of the na'tions ¡n'to it. 27 And there shall în no' wişe en'ter in'to it an'y thing that defi'leth, ne'ither 'whatsoever' work'eth abomina'tion, or maʼketh' a 'lie; but they which are writ'ten in the Lam'b's book of life.
CHAP. XXII. And he she'wed me a pu'rę riv'er of wa'ter of li'fe, clear as crys'tal, proçe'eding out of the 3 And

And the Loʻrd God of the ho'lý proph'ets sent his a'ngel to she'w un'to his ser'vənts the things which must sho'rtly be don'ę. 7 Behoʻld, I' come quick'ly: bless'ed ‘is' he that ke'epeth the sa'yings of the proph'ecy of this book'. 8 And I' John' sa'w these things, and heard' them.' And when I had heard' and se'en, I fell down' to wor'ship befo're the fe'ęt of the a'ngel which she'wed me these things. 9 Then sa'ith he ụn'to me, Se'e “thou do it’ nọt': for I am thy fellow-ser'vant, and of thy breth'ren the proph'ęts, and of them' which ke'еp the sa'yings of this book': wor'shịp Go'd. 10 And he sa'ith ụn'to me, Seal not the sa'yings of the proph'ecy of this book'; for the time is ạt hạnd'. 11 He that is ạnjust', let him be unjust still': and he which is fil'thy, let him be filthy still': and he that is right'eous, let him be righteous still': and he thạt is hoʻlý, let him be hoʻly still'. 12 And, beho'ld, I come quick'lý; and my rewa'rd 'is' with me, to give ev'ery man according as his work' shall be. 13 I am Alpha and Ome'ga, the begin'ning and the end', the first and the last'. 14 Bless'ęd “are' they thạt do' his commandments, that they may hạvę rigặt' to the tre'ę of li'fe, and may en’ter in' through the ga'tęs įn'to the cit'ỹ. 15 Fo'r without arę' dog's, and sorcerers, and who'remongers, and mur'derers, and idol'ạters, and whosoev'er lov'eth and ma'keth a lie. 6 I' Je'sus have sent' mine a'nġel to tes'tify ụn'to you the'se things in the church'es. I'ạm the ro'ot and the offspring of Da'vid, "ạnd' the bright and mo'rning stạ'r. 17 And the Spir'it and the bri'de say, Com'ę. And let him that he'areth say, Com'ę. And let him that is athirst com'ę. And whosoev'er will, let' hầm ta'ke thic wa'ter of li'fe fre'ely. 18 Fo'r I tęs'tify ụn'to
ev'erý mạn that ho'ąreth the word's of the proph'ecy of this book', If an'ỳ mạn shall ad'dụn'to these things, Go'd shall ad'ą „n'to hịm the pla'gues that are writ'ten in this book': 19 And if an'ý mən shall take away from the word's of the book' of this proph'ecy, Go'd shall take awa'y his pa'rt out of the book' of li'fe, and out of the hoʻly cit'ŷ, and from’ the thin'gs which are written in this book'. 20 He which tęs'tịfiệth these things sa'ith, Su'rely I come quick'ly; A'men'. E'ven so', com'e, Lo'rd Je'sus. 21 The gra'ce of our Lord Je'sus Chri'st be' with' you a'll. A'men'.
