THE report of the Discussion here given to the public, was furnished by M. BRENEN, ESQ., well known as one of the best reporters in the city. REV. MR. WESCOTT has read his arguments in manuscript, and made such verbal corrections as he deemed proper. The same privilege has been accorded to REV. MR.
